本文在分析传统DEA模型内在缺陷的基础上,使用交叉效率模型计算2009-2013年我国各省(市)的区域创新效率及排名,并将计算结果与传统DEA模型的结果进行对比分析。同时,将我国各省(市)分别按照东、中、西和投入规模进行分类。结果发现,我国各省(市)的平均创新效率为0.5701,具有较大的提升空间,各省和区域间都存在较大的差异。最后本文对如何提高我国区域创新效率提出了相应的对策建议。
Based on the analysis of the inherent deficiencies of the traditional DEA model, this paper calculates the regional innovation efficiency and rankings of provinces (cities) in China from 2009 to 2013 using the cross efficiency model, and compares the results with the traditional DEA model. At the same time, the provinces (cities) in our country are respectively classified according to the scale of the east, central and western regions and their input. The result shows that the average innovation efficiency of each province (city) in our country is 0.5701, which has more room for improvement. There are big differences among provinces and regions. Finally, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the efficiency of regional innovation in our country.
