目的研究一种新型有机氯复方洗消剂的杀菌效果,为其实际应用提供依据。方法采用理化分析和悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对该洗消剂理化性能和杀菌效果进行了实验室研究。结果该有机氯复方洗消剂为白色粉末,含有效氯为质量分数25.44%,有效氯浓度为500 mg/L的水溶液pH值为9.44。用有效氯浓度为400 mg/L的该洗消剂溶液作用10 min,对悬液内大肠杆菌的杀灭率达到100%;用有效氯浓度600 mg/L的该洗消剂对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌作用10 min,杀灭率均为100%。用有效氯浓度为15 g/L的该复方洗消剂溶液作用15 min,对悬液内枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢平均杀灭率为100%。结论该有机氯复方洗消剂具有良好的杀菌效果,能杀灭细菌繁殖体和细菌芽孢。
Objective To study the bactericidal effect of a new type of organic chlorine compound decontamination agent and provide the basis for its practical application. Methods Physical and chemical analysis and quantitative disinfection of suspension test methods, the decontamination physical and chemical properties and bactericidal effect of a laboratory study. Results The organochlorine compound decontamination agent was white powder containing 25.44% of available chlorine and pH 9.44 in an effective chlorine concentration of 500 mg / L. With the effective chlorine concentration of 400 mg / L of the decontamination solution for 10 min, the killing rate of E. coli in the suspension reached 100%; with the effective chlorine concentration of 600 mg / L of decontamination agent within the suspension Staphylococcus aureus for 10 min, the killing rate was 100%. The effective concentration of 15g / L of the compound decontamination solution for 15 min, the suspension of Bacillus subtilis average killing rate of 100%. Conclusion The organochlorine compound decontaminant has a good bactericidal effect and can kill bacterial propagules and bacterial spores.
