Bossert和Schwartz曾推测Henle氏袢降支(DLH)内,水的重吸收量应和它的表面面积、水的渗透系数有关。本文通过数学模型证明了这一推测是正确的,所得的计算结果与Leaf和Gotran根据实验所给出的估计值相符合。
Bossert and Schwartz had speculated that the amount of water reabsorbed within the Henle’s descending leg (DLH) should be related to its surface area and water permeability coefficient. This paper proves that this conjecture is correct through the mathematical model, and the calculated results are consistent with the experimental values given by Leaf and Gotran.
