党员是党的细胞,是组成党的基本要素,是党群的桥梁和纽带。党的领导要靠广大党员来实现。对消防支队所属各基层中队来说,所有工作任务都要在各党支部的带领下,依靠以党员为主体的指战员队伍带头去完成,党员队伍是推动基层消防中队各项建设的骨干力量。目前我们党员队伍的主流是好的,但用新形势、新任务对党员的先进性要求进行衡量,也存在一些不可忽视的新问题,而党员教育方式单一在一定程度上影响了党员队伍的发展。因此,如何创新消防中队教育方式,提高党员教育的效果,是我们消防支队党务工作者必须思考的问题。
Party members are the cells of the party, the basic elements that form the party, and the bridge and link between the party and the masses. The party’s leadership depends on the majority of party members to achieve. For all grassroots squadrons belonging to the fire brigade and detachment, all the tasks must be led by all party branches and take the lead as the main body of the commanders and seamen with party members. The party members are the backbone forces for promoting the building of grassroots fire brigade squadrons. At present, the mainstream of the ranks of our party members is good. However, with the new situation and new tasks, the requirements for the advanced nature of party members are measured. There are also some new problems that can not be ignored. However, the party membership education alone has a certain impact on the development of party members . Therefore, how to innovate the education mode of fire squadron and improve the effect of party members’ education is a problem that our party workers in fire brigade must think about.
