医疗收费一直是社会普遍关注的“热点”问题,也是医疗卫生价格体系亟待研究解决的一个重要课题。尤其是县以下的基层单位,近年来,反映“看病贵”和医疗卫生单位“乱收费”的呼声日高,有人甚至把它当作卫生改革的负效益,诸多非议。基层医疗卫生单位乱收费现状究竟怎样,“看病贵”的真正原因何在,应采取怎样的对策加以研究和改进?本文在抽样调查的基础上,进行了一些分析和探讨。一、资料来源和调查方法本文以本县乡镇卫生院以上25个医疗
Medical charges have always been a “hot spot” issue of concern to the general public, and they are also an important issue that urgently needs to be addressed in the medical and health price system. Especially in the grassroots units below the county, in recent years, there has been a growing number of criticisms that reflect the high cost of “expensive medical treatment” and the “unauthorized charging” of medical and health units. Some people even regard it as the negative effect of health reform. What is the actual situation of unregulated charges at the primary health care units, and what are the real reasons for the “expensive to see a doctor”? What measures should be taken to study and improve? This paper has conducted some analysis and discussion on the basis of sample surveys. I. Sources of information and methods of investigation This article uses 25 medical services in township hospitals and above in this county.
