目的:检测不同分化程度的Ⅰ型子宫内膜腺癌中IGF-2及其相应受体(IGF-1R和IGF-2R/M6P)蛋白的表达,探讨3因子表达与子宫内膜腺癌分化程度的相关性。方法:采用免疫组化PV法检测30例Ⅰ型子宫内膜腺癌(按病理分级不同分为高分化17例、中分化7例、低分化6例)组织中IGF-2、IGF-1R和IGF-2R蛋白的表达情况。结果:①IGF-2、IGF-1R的过阳性表达在Ⅰ型子宫内膜腺癌不同病理分级两组间差异有显著性,且随病理分级的增高而表达增强。②IGF-2R的阳性表达与过阳性表达在Ⅰ型子宫内膜腺癌不同病理分级两组间无显著性差异。结论:IGF-2R阳性表达下调与IGF-2及IGF-1R的异常高表达在Ⅰ型子宫内膜腺癌的发生、发展中起重要作用,IGF-2及IGF-1R的过阳性表达与病理分级呈正相关。
Objective: To detect the expression of IGF-2 and its related receptors (IGF-1R and IGF-2R / M6P) in type Ⅰ endometrial adenocarcinoma with different degree of differentiation and to investigate the relationship between the expression of 3 factors and the differentiation degree of endometrial adenocarcinoma Relevance. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of IGF-2, IGF-1R in 30 cases of type Ⅰ endometrial adenocarcinoma (17 cases were divided into high differentiation, 7 cases of moderate differentiation and 6 cases of poor differentiation) IGF-2R protein expression. Results: ① The overexpression of IGF-2 and IGF-1R in type Ⅰ endometrial adenocarcinoma was significantly different between the two groups, and the expression of IGF-1 and IGF-1R was increased with the increase of pathological grade. ② The positive and negative expression of IGF-2R in type Ⅰ endometrial adenocarcinoma of different pathological grade no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: The down-regulation of IGF-2R and the abnormally high expression of IGF-2 and IGF-1R play an important role in the occurrence and development of type Ⅰ endometrial adenocarcinoma. The overexpression of IGF-2 and IGF-1R and pathological changes Grading was positively correlated.
