发展文化产业、提升文化竞争力是实现江苏率先发展、科学发展、和谐发展的重大举措。文化产业集聚是指众多独立而又互相关联的文化企业以及互相支撑的行业依据专业化分工和协作关系在一定区域集中,产生规模报酬递增和技术溢出效应。本文用区位熵测度了江苏省文化产业的集聚水平,考察了文化产业集聚效应与经济增长的因果关系,通过设定转换对数生产函数,用全要素生产率方法测度了规模报酬递增和技术水平对江苏省文化产业集聚的贡献,最后给出了江苏省文化产业发展的政策建议。
To develop cultural industries and enhance cultural competitiveness is a major measure to achieve the first development, scientific development and harmonious development of Jiangsu. Cultural industry agglomeration refers to a large number of independent and interrelated cultural enterprises and industries supported by each other, which are concentrated in a certain area according to specialized division of labor and cooperation relations, resulting in increasing returns to scale and technology spillover effects. This paper uses the location entropy to measure the level of agglomeration of cultural industries in Jiangsu Province, examines the causal relationship between the agglomeration effect of cultural industries and economic growth. By setting the conversion logarithm production function, this paper uses the total factor productivity method to measure the increment of scale returns and technological level Jiangsu Province, the contribution of cultural industries gather, and finally gives the policy recommendations for the development of cultural industries in Jiangsu Province.
