从2007年起,我省开始定向培养农村中小学教师。这项举措的实施,得到了社会的普遍认可,受到基础教育界的高度赞誉。江西农业人口较多,农村教育在整个教育结构中所占比重较大。实施定向培养农村中小学教师计划,对建设一支数量适当、素质良好、结构合理、相对稳定的农村中小学教师队伍,巩固提高农村义务教育质量,促进教育均衡发展都有着重要的现实意义。
Since 2007, our province has started to train rural primary and secondary school teachers. The implementation of this measure has been universally recognized by the society and highly acclaimed by elementary education circles. Jiangxi has a large agricultural population and rural education accounts for a large proportion of the entire education structure. The implementation of the plan to train primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas is of great practical significance to the construction of an appropriate number of teachers of good quality, reasonable structure and relatively stable rural elementary and secondary schools, to consolidate and improve the quality of rural compulsory education and to promote the balanced development of education.
