社会和谐是各民族不懈追求的价值目标,作为中华民族重要组成部分的少数民族,其在历史发展过程中形成了具有鲜明特色的传统伦理文化,始终探索人与自然、社会、他人、自身的和谐基点。对少数民族的和谐伦理思想的探微是构建和谐社会的重要组成力量,从而促进民族多元文化的发展,加强中国各民族人民的大团结。由于受到社会经济发展的冲击与挑战,少数民族中不和谐伦理因素也随之产生,因而需要从理论宣传、民生保障、道德素养提高等层面加以解决,最大程度上保证和谐社会的构建。
