本文介绍用美国LECO公司生产的CS—244碳硫同时测定仪测定引进耐材中的碳化物。方法是在氧气流中高频熔化试样,燃烧生成的二氧化碳以红外吸收法检测,所有操作和数据处理都用微处理机控制。经试验证明,方法简便可靠,分析精度平均相对偏差在1%以内,可以满足日常测定要求,适用于各厂矿试验室使用。
This article describes the use of the United States produced LECO CS-244 carbon and sulfur simultaneous determination of the introduction of refractory carbide. The method is that the sample is melted at high frequency in oxygen flow and the carbon dioxide produced by the combustion is detected by infrared absorption method. All operations and data processing are controlled by a microprocessor. The test proved that the method is simple and reliable, the average relative deviation of the analysis accuracy is within 1%, which can meet the requirements of daily measurement and is suitable for the use of laboratories in various factories and mines.
