身体素质是体质的重要组成部分,也是运动能力和运动技术的基础,为了有效提高我校女生的身体素质,以利掌握运动技术技能,顺利完成体育课教学任务,我们对97级部分女生在体育课中基本部分结束时,安排10分钟适合于女生生理特点的身体素质辅助练习,以提高她们对身体素质锻炼的认识,促进她们克服困难,增强体质,从而提高教学质量。
