目的:观察阳和汤对哮喘大鼠肺功能、外周血、肺泡灌洗液及肺组织炎症的影响,为进一步探明该方防治哮喘的有效机理打下基础。方法:用卵蛋白激发制造哮喘模型大鼠,检测大鼠肺功能、外周血、肺泡灌洗液及肺组织中炎性细胞总数及分类计数、肺组织切片形态变化及肺组织细胞结构病理变化。结果:阳和汤能减轻哮喘大鼠肺呼吸阻力,提高肺部顺应性、最大呼气量,能抑制外周血、肺泡灌洗液及肺组织中炎性反应。
Objective: To observe the effect of Yanghe Decoction on pulmonary function, peripheral blood, alveolar lavage fluid and lung inflammation in asthmatic rats, and lay a foundation for further exploring the effective mechanism of this prescription in preventing and treating asthma. Methods: Asthmatic model rats were induced by ovalbumin. The total number of inflammatory cells and their counts in lung tissues, peripheral blood, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and lung tissue were determined. The morphological changes of lung tissues and pathological changes of lung tissue were also observed. Results: Yanghe decoction can reduce lung respiration of asthmatic rats, improve pulmonary compliance and maximum expiratory volume, and can inhibit the inflammatory reaction in peripheral blood, alveolar lavage fluid and lung tissue.
