心脏自主神经能显著影响心率的变化，而且其有双向作用，受昼夜变化、呼吸等因素的影响。心率变异性（HRV）能良好地反映心脏自主神经的功能变化，对室性心律失常、心源性猝死等心脏不良事件有预测作用。而经皮冠状动脉介入术能显著改善缺血心肌的血流灌注情况，促进患者心脏自主神经功能的恢复，升高冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（冠心病）患者下降的HRV。“,”Cardiac autonomic nerves could significantly affect the changes of heart rate .It has two-way action and can be affected by diurnal variation,breathing and other factors.The heart rate variability (HRV) is a good reflection of changes in cardiac autonomic function,and can predict sudden cardiac death,ventricu-lar arrhythmia and other adverse cardiac events.The percutaneous coronary intervention treatment can signifi-cantly improve the perfusion in ischemic myocardium,promote the recovery of cardiac autonomic function, and uplift the decreased HRV in in patients with coronary artery disease.
