在弹塑性有限变形理论的基础上,应用大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS对平三角孔型中轧件的变形进行了模拟.该分析软件是基于Newton-Raphson法的迭代过程,用一系列近似值逐渐收敛于实际的非线性解.为验证有限元模拟的准确性,还应用视塑性方法进行了实验研究.为保证实验精度,采用数控技术和激光技术刻制网格,并采用体视显微镜放大网格,以及采用计算机图像处理系统自动采集数据.计算结果与实验符合较好.
Based on the theory of elasto-plastic finite deformation, large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to simulate the deformation of the rolling element in the flat triangular hole. The analysis software is an iterative process based on the Newton-Raphson method and gradually converges to the actual nonlinear solution with a series of approximations. In order to verify the accuracy of finite element simulation, the plasticity method is also applied to experimentally study. In order to ensure the experimental precision, the grid was engraved by numerical control technology and laser technology, the grid was magnified by stereomicroscope, and the data was collected automatically by the computer image processing system. The calculated result is in good agreement with the experiment.
