介入神经放射学,大多是在有良好的X线设备的条件下进行的。近年来,我们应用国产500毫安X线机开展了此项工作,主要有脑血管内溶栓及脑恶性胶质瘤术后复发的介入性治疗,现报告如下。材料与方法临床资料:闭塞性脑血管病者8例,男7例,女1例,年龄40～62岁,均由于患侧肢体活动不灵(左侧6例,右侧2例)10小时内入院,且经临床及CT检查确诊为闭塞性脑血管病者。均无近期活动性内出血或外伤史,出凝血时间正常,亦无严重心、肝、肾功能的损害。4

No recent active bleeding or trauma history, the normal clotting time, nor serious heart, liver and kidney damage. 4
