本文根据“Radio-Electronics”1984年№1,№2“盒式录象机的维修”编译而成,文章分为四部分。(一)概述盒式录象机的测试设备和工具。着重叙述了如何正确使用校准带及自制校准带;录象机和 CATV 的连接方法及用清洗带清洗磁头。(二)列出了录象机常见的十大故障和它的表现形式。(三)对黑白、彩色、基准、伺服及系统控制电路进行测试和检修的方法。着重描述了头尾检测电路和自停止电路的工作原理。(四)叙述了磁带通道上的机械调整和测试方法;对磁头和前置放大器的频响调整及开关切换电路的调整。
This article is based on “Radio-Electronics” 1984 № 1, № 2 “video cassette recorder repair” compiled, the article is divided into four parts. (A) Overview of the video cassette recorder test equipment and tools. Focus on how to correctly use the calibration tape and self-calibration tape; VCR and CATV connection method and the cleaning head cleaning tape. (B) lists the top ten video recorders common faults and its manifestations. (C) of the black and white, color, reference, servo and system control circuit testing and maintenance methods. Describe the head and tail detection circuit and self-stop circuit works. (D) describes the tape channel on the mechanical adjustment and testing methods; the head and preamplifier frequency response and switch switching circuit adjustment.
