2003年,于凌罡首次在北京提出“合作建房”的概念,合作建房模式在全国掀起轩然大波。然而因为种种原因,曾经轰轰烈烈的一场合作运动在2009年戛然而止。他宣告合作建房以失败而告终,自此,他渐渐淡出了人们的视野。合作建房终于搁浅。
In 2003, at Linggang for the first time in Beijing put forward the concept of “cooperative building”, cooperative building mode set off an uproar in the country. However, for a variety of reasons, a vigorous cooperative movement was abruptly halted in 2009. He declared the cooperative building ended in failure, since then, he gradually fade out of people’s perspectives. Cooperative housing finally ran aground.
