为提高工程质量,改善混凝土结构的耐久性,在西柏坡高速公路二环路至霍寨段所有桥梁工程全部采用高性能混凝土,本文提出了高性能混凝土的原材料技术要求与适合的配合比,提出了高性能混凝土的拌和、运输及施工质量控制要点。经试验检测证明,高性能混凝土具有流动性好、和易性好、坍落度损失小等优点,易于施工,不怕过振,适合浇注各个部位。早期强度高,拆模早,外观美观、光滑、气泡少,不容易出现蜂窝和麻面,并具有较高的经济效益,具有良好的应用前景和推广价值。
In order to improve the quality of the project and improve the durability of the concrete structure, all high-performance concrete is used in all bridge projects from Erhuan Road to Huozhai Section of Xibaipo Expressway. This paper presents the technical requirements and suitable mix ratio of raw materials for high performance concrete High-performance concrete mixing, transportation and construction quality control points. The test results show that high performance concrete has the advantages of good fluidity, good workability, small slump loss, ease of construction, no fear of over-vibration, and suitable for pouring various parts. Early strength, early demolition mold, beautiful appearance, smooth, less bubbles, honeycomb and Ma face is not easy, and has high economic benefits, has good prospects for the application and promotion of value.
