目的对吉林省地区2016年保健食品中铝的污染情况按照地市区域进行调查和评估,为保健食品市场铝的限值制定与风险交流提供依据。方法遵循随机抽样原则,从吉林省12个地区采集样本72批样本,按照电感耦合等离子体质谱法(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)对样品中的铝进行痕量检测,并运用风险分析框架和模式对其数据进行评估。结果 72批样本中,铝的检出范围为0.56~732.2 mg/kg,均值为105.3 mg/kg,检出率为88.89%;茶类制品中铝的污染程度较高,检出范围为4.25~732.2 mg/kg,均值为289.9 mg/kg,检出率为100.0%。结论 2016年吉林省流通保健食品中铝污染情况较为普遍,但基本介于可控风险范围内。因此加强保健食品原料的评价和监管依然是今后一段时间内监管部门工作发展的主流方向。
Objective To investigate and evaluate the aluminum pollution of health foods in Jilin Province in 2016 in accordance with the prefecture-level cities and provide the basis for the development of limit and risk exchange of aluminum in the health food market. Methods According to the principle of random sampling, 72 batches of samples were collected from 12 regions in Jilin Province. Trace aluminum was detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) and analyzed by risk analysis Frames and patterns evaluate their data. Results The detection range of aluminum was 0.56 ~ 732.2 mg / kg in 72 batches of samples with a mean value of 105.3 mg / kg and the detection rate was 88.89%. The contamination level of aluminum in tea products was high, with the detection range of 4.25 ~ 732.2 mg / kg with a mean of 289.9 mg / kg and a detection rate of 100.0%. Conclusion The aluminum pollution in circulating health food in Jilin Province in 2016 is more common, but it is basically within the controllable risk range. Therefore, strengthening the evaluation and supervision of health food raw materials is still the mainstream direction of the work of regulators in the coming period.
