恶性胸腔积液为晚期恶性肿瘤最常见的并发症之一。它直接影响患者的生存期和生存质量,未经治疗者多于6个月内死亡。控制恶性胸水一直是肿瘤治疗的一大难题。我们应用大连金港制药有限公司生产的榄香烯乳治疗46例恶性胸腔积液患者,取得较好疗效。现报告如下。
Malignant pleural effusion is one of the most common complications of advanced malignancies. It directly affects patient survival and quality of life, with no treatment more than 6 months of death. Control of malignant pleural effusion has been a major problem for cancer treatment. We applied Dalian Golden Port Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. produced elemene emulsion in 46 patients with malignant pleural effusion, and achieved good results. The report is as follows.
