寻找眼表重建术后主要并发症的有效治疗措施。方法 :对 32例 32只严重化学伤患眼施眼表重建术 (板层角膜移植、角膜移植羊膜移植术 ) ,按随机方法将研究对象分为治疗组及对照组各 16眼 ;治疗组于术后一周局部应用 0 .5 mg/ ml的 FK- 5 0 6及2 0 μg/ ml的 rh EGF滴眼液 ,对照组应用 1% Cs A及 Solcoseryl Eye Gel,观察两组移植组织的排斥反应及上皮细胞愈合质量。结果 :在随访期内 ,治疗组的组织排斥反应时间、发生率、预后及上皮愈合质量四个指标均明显优于对照组。结论 :FK- 5 0 6及 rh EGF联合应用可有效提高眼表重建术的成功率
Looking for effective treatment of major complications after ocular surface reconstruction. Methods: Thirty-two eyes of 32 serious chemical wounded eyes underwent ocular surface reconstruction (lamellar keratoplasty and cornea transplantation of amniotic membrane transplantation) were randomly divided into treatment group (16 cases) and control group (16 cases).
