从现行消防法律法规对公安派出所履行消防监督管理职责方面的法律规定、当前基层火灾形势对公安派出所履行消防监督管理依法职责的迫切需求等方面,分析了现行法律法规施行过程中存在的问题,并从《中华人民共和国消防法》修订、消防监督管理体制改革、派出所消防监管追责事件等方面出发,结合实际工作经验,对加强公安派出所消防监督立法工作提出了改进建议。
