通过对当前高职院校机械设计制造专业的现状进行分析,提出了高职院校的机械设计制造专业课程改革的方向:引入行业标准,引入企业的具体产品,以企业具体产品的生产过程为主线贯穿人才培养全过程和专业课程体系,实现专业服务企业发展,企业促进专业建设,校企合作提高学生自身精湛的专业技能,实现“入学即入厂”、“毕业即就业”的零过渡,培养可持续发展的高级技能型专门人才,促进学生高质量就业,最终实现学生、企业、学校和社会多方共赢。
