目的:了解托品酰胺滴眼液(托品酰胺)散瞳和1%阿托品眼膏(阿托品)散瞳对不同年龄屈光不正儿童的屈光变化比较。方法:对598例屈光不正儿童先予托品酰胺散瞳,TOPON-7100验光仪验光;再用阿托品1日2次,散瞳4日后,再用验光仪验光,然后由有经验的医师检影验光后确定屈光度数。结果:①不同年龄组用托品酰胺与阿托品散瞳前后球面镜、柱镜的屈光度差异均有统计学意义;②分别用两药散瞳后不同年龄组间球镜屈光度、柱镜屈光度差异均有统计学意义;而用阿托品散瞳后验光的多项屈光指标变化更显著,球面镜度数绝大多数增高;③各年龄组托品酰胺散瞳与阿托品散瞳后的轴位差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在11岁前年龄组,用阿托品散瞳后验光可以减少验光度数的误差,并对保证正确的散光轴位有重要意义。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the changes of refractive power of children with refractive ametropia (tropicamide) mydriasis and 1% atropine eye ointment (atropine) mydriasis for children of different ages.
