杨梅具有很高的食用和药用价值,既可直接食用,又可加工成杨梅干、酱、蜜饯等,还可酿酒,有止渴、生津、助消化等功能。随着人们对食品质量安全的重视程度越来越高,一系列生态、无公害的绿色食品深受消费者青睐,而采用无公害生产技术种植出来的杨梅更是深得消费者认可。基于此,从合理选择种植环境、科学合理施肥、科学防治病虫害等几方面进行分析,以期为栽植无公害杨梅提供参考。
