党的十七届三中全会的《中共中央关于推进农村改革发展若干重大问题的决定》中提出建立促进城乡经济社会发展一体化制度,统筹城乡发展,表明我国已经开始加快城乡一体化进程,城市反哺农村,工业反哺农业已经逐步进入了实质性的阶段。本文阐述了当前我国农村公共服务的现状,分析原因,最后提出我国农村公共服务改革的路径选择。
The Third Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee’s “Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Important Issues in Promoting Rural Reform and Development” put forward the proposal of establishing an integrated system of promoting economic and social development in rural and urban areas and coordinating the development of urban and rural areas, indicating that our country has started to speed up the process of urban-rural integration. Nurture rural areas, industrial nurturing agriculture has gradually entered a substantive stage. This article expounds the current situation of rural public services in our country, analyzes the reasons, and finally puts forward the path selection of rural public service reforms in our country.
