目的识别、评价和分析洗衣液及配套工程建设项目在生产过程中可能产生及存在的职业病危害因素的种类、危害程度及防护效果,论证该项目职业卫生的可行性。方法依据国家相关法规和标准,采用类比法、检查表法与工程分析法进行定性与定量评价。结果该项目可能产生的职业病危害因素有噪声、乙醇、四氯乙烯等。类比企业噪声、毒物(乙醇、四氯乙烯等)检测浓度均符合国家职业接触限值。结论该建设项目属于职业病危害较重的建设项目,毒物、噪声是重点控制因素;配套护理用品车间产生的四氯乙烯、臭氧、高温是其职业病危害防护和治理的重点环节。
Objective To identify, evaluate and analyze the types, degree of harm and protective effects of occupational hazards that may occur and exist in the production process of liquid laundry detergent and ancillary engineering construction projects, and demonstrate the feasibility of occupational health in this project. Methods Based on the relevant national laws and regulations, the methods of analogy, checklist and engineering analysis were used for qualitative and quantitative evaluation. Results The project may produce occupational hazards of noise, ethanol, tetrachlorethylene and so on. Analogy corporate noise, poison (ethanol, tetrachlorethylene, etc.) test concentrations are in line with the national occupational exposure limits. Conclusion The construction project belongs to the construction project with heavy occupational hazards. Toxicity and noise are the key control factors. Perchlorethylene, ozone and high temperature produced in the workshop of supporting care products are the key links in the prevention and control of occupational hazards.
