根据党的十四届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于建立社会主义市场经济体制若干问题的决定》,工程建设堪察、设计、施工企业正在探索适合本企业需要的现代企业制度。工程建设企业标准化作为工程建设企业建立现代企业制度、实行科学管理的基础,对于促进企业转换经营机制、提高企业的管理水平和经济效益等,具有十分重要的作用。因此,为了加强这项工作的开展,现就工程建设企业标准化的地位和作用、工程建设企业标准化的管理、工程建设企业标准化的组织建设以及工程建设企业标准化的领导,提出如下意见:
According to the “Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Issues Concerning the Establishment of a Socialist Market Economic System” adopted at the Third Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, engineering construction, inspection and design and construction enterprises are exploring a modern enterprise system that suits the needs of this enterprise. As an engineering construction enterprise, the standardization of engineering construction enterprises has established a modern enterprise system and implemented the basis of scientific management, which plays an important role in promoting enterprises to change their management mechanism and improving their management level and economic benefits. Therefore, in order to strengthen this work, the following opinions are put forward on the status and role of construction enterprises in standardization, the standardization of construction enterprises, the standardization of construction enterprises and the standardization of construction enterprises.
