我省自1983年开展地方性氟中毒防治科研工作以来,在省委、省政府及病区各级党委的领导下,各有关部门通力协作,经过广大防治科研人员和病区干部群众的共同努力,取得了显著成绩。全省已基本查清了氟中毒的流行范围、类型及分布,并开展了防治科研工作。到1986年底,已完成改灶12.1万口,改水降氟工程147处,个人、集体、国家共投资970万元,受益人口达71万。
