本文以两个粮食加工企业,98名谷物尘作业工人为调查对象,并以某汽车修理厂不接触粉尘和毒物,年龄及吸烟量相仿的90名工人为对照组,进行了肺功能测定,结果表明,谷物尘对肺功能参数VC、FEV1.0、FVC有明显影响,吸烟影响不显著。谷物尘和吸烟对肺功能影响有相加作用,并且随着接生工龄增加,肺功能均有明显损害。
