目的:利用傅立叶变换红外光谱技术(FT-IR)建立铜绿假单胞菌及其干扰菌(荧光假单胞菌、恶臭假单胞菌和施氏假单胞菌)4种假单胞菌的快速分类鉴定方法。方法:应用FT-IR技术采集4种假单胞菌的菌体生化组成成分的光谱信息,经过预处理后借助计算机和化学计量学运算进行主成分分析(Principal component analysis,PCA)和系统聚类分析(Hierarchical cluster analysis,HCA)。结果:结果显示,PCA分析将4种假单胞菌分别聚在4个象限内,HCA分析将4种假单胞菌各自聚为一类,2种分析方法都可将铜绿假单胞菌及其干扰菌进行区分。结论:FT-IR技术结合化学计量学为铜绿假单胞菌及其3株干扰菌的准确、高效分类鉴定提供了可行方法。
OBJECTIVE: To establish four Pseudomonas aeruginosa and its interference bacteria (Pseudomonas fluorescens, Pseudomonas putida and Pseudomonas stutzeri) by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) Rapid classification of identification methods. Methods: Spectral information of the biochemical components of the four Pseudomonas strains was collected by FT-IR. After pretreatment, principal component analysis (PCA) and system clustering were performed by computer and chemometrics Hierarchical cluster analysis (HCA). Results: The results showed that PCA analysis clustered the four Pseudomonas species in four quadrants, respectively, and HCA analysis clustered the four Pseudomonas species into one respectively. Both of the two methods could detect Pseudomonas aeruginosa and The interference of bacteria to distinguish. Conclusion: FT-IR combined with chemometrics provides a feasible method for the accurate and efficient classification and identification of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and its three interfering bacteria.
