随着经济的飞速发展,越来越凸显出人才在企业中的重要性,企业间的竞争已成为人才的竞争。企业要想在竞争中获取优势,谋求发展,就必须建立一支掌握高新科技、能适应多方面需求的高素质队伍,从而为企业的可持续发展提供强有力的人才支持。如何把现有的人力资源转化为高质量人才,一直是我们这些职教工作者在思考的问题。
With the rapid economic development, more and more highlights the importance of talent in the enterprise, competition among enterprises has become a talent competition. If enterprises want to gain the advantages and seek development in the competition, they must establish a high-quality team capable of mastering hi-tech and adaptable to various needs so as to provide powerful personnel support for the sustainable development of enterprises. How to transform the existing human resources into high-quality personnel has always been a question for our vocational and technical workers.
