陕西省东雷抽黄南乌牛灌区是世界粮食计划署(简称 WFP)援助我省水利工程的第一个项目(称2698项目)。灌区所辖合阳、大荔、澄城三个县的10个乡、128个村庄,灌溉面积26933公顷。1933年10月,“WFP”派专家奥兹比伦一行四人对该项目进行了评估,1984年5月罗马会议正式批准并于同年九月经中国政府与“WFP”签字,提出援助商定的实施计划。主要援助输水系统干渠、支渠、抽水站的全部尾工,24013公顷的斗渠配套和衬砌,26933公顷的分,引渠配套和衬砌,23867公顷的土地平整及1041.8公顷的植树任务。项目执行期限三
Shaanxi Province Donglei pumping Huangnan Wugou Irrigation District is the first project of WFP (referred to as WFP) to assist our province’s water conservancy project (called 2698 project). Irrigation area of 26,933 hectares irrigated 10 villages, 128 villages under the jurisdiction of Heyang, Dali and Chengcheng in the irrigation districts. In October 1933, “WFP” sent an expert Ozibilun and his entourage to evaluate the project. The project was officially approved by the Roman Conference in May 1984 and signed by the Chinese government and “WFP” in September of the same year to propose the implementation of the aid agreement plan. The main assistance to the drainage system of the main canal, branch canal, pumping station all tailings, 24013 hectares of canal support and lining, 26,933 hectares, drainage and supporting lining, 23,867 hectares of land formation and 1041.8 hectares of tree planting tasks.
