1996年下半年政治经济学(公共课)自学考试,总的来说成绩较好,及格率比较高,是我省近几年少见的。但从自学应考者回答问题的情况看,仍有两个问题值得引进自学应考者的注意。 通读教材掌握基本概念和基本知识 政治经济学自学考试试卷的前三个大题,即填空题、单项选择题和多项选择题,是客观性试题、考核的是基本概念和基本知识。其特点是题量大,覆盖面广。自学应考者只有通读了教材,比较好地掌握了政治经济学的基本概念和基本知识后,才能作出比较园满地回答。但部分自学应考者对填空题中“简单商品经济的基本矛盾是私人劳动和社会劳动的矛盾”。要求填写“私人劳动、社会劳动”;又如“生产资本的不同部分按其价值的周转方式不同可划分为固定资本和流动资本”,要求填写“固定、流动”。回答不出或者回答错误。这说明部分自学应考者对政治经济学的基本概念和基本知识学习掌握的不够理想。自学应考者通过学习教材,作到较为熟悉地掌握政
