想要实现中国的复兴,构建起小康社会,就一定要推进社会主义文化发展的繁荣。文化,是国家的软件实力,也是人民的精神家园,在服务社会、推进发展等起到重要作用。从本质上来说,要加强公共文化服务体系建设,全方提升公民道德素质,丰富人民群众精神文化生活。社会不断进步,人们的生活水平不断提升,生活方式也逐渐呈现多样化的发展,群众文化活动形态也开始有了新的形式,已经逐渐从传统的被动接受到现在主动参与的局面。开展和组织群众文化活动,必须以群众为基础,以各种文化娱乐活动为内容,以满足人们精神需要为直接目的,让生活赋予文化活力,让人们的社会文化活动更加丰富多彩。
If we want to realize the rejuvenation of China and build a well-to-do society, we must promote the prosperity of the socialist cultural development. They have gradually taken the initiative to participate in traditional forms of passive participation. To carry out and organize mass cultural activities must be based on the masses, take various cultural and recreational activities as its content, meet the spiritual needs of the people for direct purposes, give life to its cultural vitality, and make people’s social and cultural activities more rich and colorful.
