目的:探讨康妇特栓治疗老年性阴道炎的临床效果。方法:随机选取治疗阴道炎老年患者105例,分成实验组(53例)和对照组(52例),对照组采取甲硝唑治疗,实验组采取康妇特栓进行治疗,结束后比较两组患者效果。结果:治疗结束后,实验组治疗有效率显著高于对照组(X2=6.46,P<0.05),患者治疗效果较好。结论:在老年性阴道炎患者的治疗中,对其可以采取康妇特栓进行治疗,可以有效缓解患者的症状,提高治疗效果,适合在临床上推广使用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Kangfutexuan suppository on senile vaginitis. Methods: A total of 105 elderly patients with vaginitis were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 53) and control group (n = 52). The control group was treated with metronidazole. The experimental group was treated with Kangbuxue suppository. Patient effect. Results: After the treatment, the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group (X2 = 6.46, P <0.05), and the treatment effect was better. Conclusion: In the treatment of senile vaginitis patients, it can be taken Kangfutang suppository treatment, can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients and improve the therapeutic effect, suitable for clinical use.
