目的观察参松养心胶囊治疗高龄慢性稳定型心绞痛合并室性期前收缩的效果。方法选取2014年8月—2016年9月收治的慢性稳定型心绞痛合并室性期前收缩的患者104例,随机分为观察组53例和对照组51例。对照组给予预防治疗同时加琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片11.875~190.000 mg/次,1次/d;观察组在对照组基础上加服参松养心胶囊(0.3 g/粒)2~4粒/次,3次/d。两组均连续治疗4周。对比两组疗效、治疗前后室性期前收缩发生频率、服药期间发生的不良反应。计量资料比较采用u检验,计数资料比较采用χ~2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果观察组总有效率(90.57%)高于对照组(66.67%),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗前后室性期前收缩发生频率分别为(13 916±824)、(2 436±291)次/24 h,对照组分别为(13 284±923)、(4 016±402)次/24 h。治疗后两组室性期前收缩发生频率均较治疗前降低(均P<0.05),观察组降低更明显(均P<0.05)。两组治疗期间未发生不良反应。结论参松养心胶囊可以提高疗效,降低室性期前收缩发生频率。
Objective To observe the effect of Shensong Yangxin Capsule in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic stable angina with ventricular contraction. Methods A total of 104 patients with chronic stable angina pectoris and ventricular premature contractions admitted from August 2014 to September 2016 were randomly divided into observation group (n = 53) and control group (n = 51). The control group was given metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets 11.875 ~ 190.000 mg / time, once a day for the same time. The patients in the observation group were given Shenshen Yangxin Capsule (0.3 g / tablet) for 2 ~ 4 capsules / time, 3 times / d. Two groups were treated for 4 weeks. Comparing the two groups of curative effect, the frequency of premature ventricular contractions before and after treatment, the adverse reactions occurred during the medication. Comparison of measurement data using u test, count data were compared using χ ~ 2 test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results The total effective rate (90.57%) in observation group was higher than that in control group (66.67%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The frequency of premature ventricular contractions before and after treatment in the observation group were (13 916 ± 824) and (2443 ± 291) times / 24 h respectively, while the control group were (13 284 ± 923) and (4 016 ± 402) times / 24 h. After treatment, the frequency of premature ventricular contractions in both groups decreased compared with that before treatment (both P <0.05), and the decrease in the observation group was more obvious (all P <0.05). No adverse reactions occurred during the two groups. Conclusion Shensong Yangxin Capsule can improve the curative effect and reduce the frequency of premature ventricular contractions.
