社会主义核心价值体系是中国特色社会主义意识形态本质特征的新概括,是当前我国社会主义思想文化特征的重要体现,也是我国国家软实力建设的重要举措。综观社会主义核心价值体系的主要内容,可以看出“以人为本”是贯穿其始终的主线,因而它是社会主义核心价值体系的核心。而“以人为本”是科学发展观的核心,因此,建设社会主义核心价值体系必须以科学发展观作为指导。以科学发展观指导社会主义核心价值体系的建设,就是要把“以人为本”的精神贯穿到社会主义核心价值体系建设之中。
The socialist core value system is a new generalization of the essential characteristics of the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics and an important manifestation of the current socialist ideological and cultural characteristics in our country. It is also an important measure for building China's state power in soft power. Looking at the main contents of the socialist core value system, we can see that “people-oriented” is the main line that runs through it. Therefore, it is the core of the socialist core value system. And “people-oriented” is the core of the scientific concept of development. Therefore, the construction of the socialist core value system must be guided by the scientific concept of development. To guide the construction of the socialist core value system with the scientific outlook on development is to carry out the “people-oriented” spirit into the construction of the socialist core value system.
