The reform of the distribution of income has mobilized people’s enthusiasm and brought about a series of problems at the same time: widening income disparities and unfair distribution. Therefore, we must establish a reasonable income distribution mechanism in order to maintain social stability and promote economic development so that people can move toward the goal of common prosperity
