地方美术资源形式丰富多样,每个地域都或多或少的有其代表性的美术资源形式,从历史发展和文化积淀与传承角度出发,地方传统美术资源更具其人文魅力和艺术魅力。新的义务教育美术课程的培养理念是面向全体学生、激发学生的学习兴趣、关注文化与生活、注重创新精神,在此基础上形成了三维培养目标。那么地方传统美术资源形式多样,无论从文化与生活,激发兴趣,三维培养目标等多角度出发都应该进行发掘与利用。因此课标中提倡积极开发地方美术课程资源。那么面对于中小学美术教学的需要,高等美术师范教育就不能局限于现有的课程内容与教学方式。那么,地方传统美术资源的拓展学习,无疑能够很大程度上丰富其专业的全面性,为未来的中小学美术教学的需要打下坚实基础。地方传统美术资源引入高等美术师范的教学培养方式,我想一定要从美术教育的专业特点出发,充分结合美术教育理论学习与美术教育实践训练,这样才能培养美术师范生将美术专业学习和美术教学实践相综合的能力,并在这个培养过程中着重培养美术师范生的自我探究能力和创造力。

Local traditional art resources should be introduced into the teaching mode of higher art teacher training. I think we should start from the specialty of art education and fully combine the theory of fine arts education with the practical training of art education so as to cultivate fine art students in fine art study and art teaching Practice and comprehensive ability, and in this training process focuses on cultivating art students’ self-exploration ability and creativity.
