以Al-Cu-Mg三元共晶合金为研究对象,采用石墨保温型凝固的方法,对三元共晶合金进行了凝固路径的研究,并采用数学模型对凝固过程进行了模拟。结果表明,Al-Cu-Mg三元共晶反应的凝固路径为:(L+α或L+T)→(L+α+T)→(L+α+T+β);模拟计算结果与实验结果具有较好的一致性。
Taking Al-Cu-Mg ternary eutectic alloy as the research object, the solidification path of the ternary eutectic alloy was studied by graphite thermal insulation solidification method, and the solidification process was simulated by mathematical model. The results show that the solidification path of the Al-Cu-Mg ternary eutectic reaction is (L + α or L + T) → (L + α + T) → (L + α + T + β) The experimental results have good consistency.
