笔者经过三年在高职院校任教,通过对学生的厌学现象所引发的的思考,尝试去解决如何使学生摆脱对学习的厌学情绪,提高学习的自律性;如何使学生消除对课堂学习的抵触心理,改善学生价值观认知的局限性和矛盾性;如何使学生排除对就业的焦虑心理,增强学生就业的自信心。首先从大学生的行为与心理出发来分析产生厌学现象的原因,具体从学生自律性、价值观的局限性和就业压力三个方面进行阐述;然后提出以体验式教学方法为解决办法融入到教学中,去改善学生的厌学现象;最后以公共建筑课程为例体现体验式教学方法的应用。
After three years of teaching in higher vocational colleges, the author attempts to solve how to make students get rid of tired of learning and improve the self-discipline of learning by thinking of students’ How to make students exclude the anxiety of employment and enhance students’ self-confidence of employment. First of all, this paper analyzes the reasons for the phenomenon of weariness caused by the behavior and psychology of college students, and elaborates three aspects: the self-discipline of students, the limitation of values and the pressure of employment; and then puts forward the experiential teaching method as the solution to the teaching , To improve the students weariness phenomenon; Finally, the public building curriculum as an example to reflect the application of experiential teaching methods.
