收集合浦珠母贝(Pinctada martensii)F4选育组和对照组不同月龄生长数据,对壳长、壳高、壳宽和体质量进行相关和回归分析。结果显示,各月龄选育组和对照组生长性状间相关系数均达到极显著水平(P<0.01),相关系数范围分别为0.47~0.88和0.44~0.92。除选育组6月龄壳宽与其他性状间相关系数大于对照组相应数值外,选育组生长性状间相关系数均小于对照组。各月龄选育组和对照组估算体质量的多元回归均达到显著水平(P<0.05),方程判定系数(R2)范围分别为0.625~0.848和0.745~0.902,选育组方程判定系数均小于对照组。该研究结果为合浦珠母贝选择育种工作中确定重要目标性状提供了理论指导。
The data of growth of Pinctada martensii F4 breeding group and control group at different ages were collected and the correlation analysis and regression analysis of shell length, shell height, shell width and body weight were conducted. The results showed that the correlation coefficient between the growth traits of all age groups and the control group reached the extremely significant level (P <0.01), the correlation coefficient range was 0.47 ~ 0.88 and 0.44 ~ 0.92 respectively. Except for the correlation coefficient between shell width and other traits at 6 months in breeding group was larger than that in control group, the correlation coefficients of growth traits in breeding group were all less than those in control group. The multiple regression of body weight in each age group and control group reached a significant level (P <0.05). The coefficient of determination (R2) ranged from 0.625 to 0.848 and from 0.745 to 0.902 respectively. The coefficients of discrimination in the selection group were all less than Control group. The results of this study provide theoretical guidance for the determination of important target traits during the selection breeding of Pinus pinaster.
