简要分析了汉钢1号高炉炉衬破损的原因,着重探讨了延长1号高炉寿命的途径。1号高炉炉衬破损的原因,主要是焦炭质量差、入炉有害元素超标、冶炼强度过高、冷却强度偏小,以及高炉操作方面的影响。认为,延长1号高炉寿命的途径,主要是改善原燃料质量、严控有害元素入炉、选择经济的冶炼强度、优化高炉操作、选择合理的冷却制度。
Briefly analyzed the reason of the lining damage of No.1 BF of Hannang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., And discussed the ways to prolong the life of No.1 BF. Blast furnace lining lining No. 1 is mainly due to the poor coke quality, harmful elements into the furnace, excessive smelting strength, low cooling strength, and blast furnace operation. It is considered that the way to prolong the life of No.1 blast furnace is to improve the quality of raw fuel, strictly control the entry of harmful elements into the furnace, select the economic smelting intensity, optimize blast furnace operation and choose a reasonable cooling system.
