Reuter于1968年最早应用苏联设计的电力液压碎石术成功地击碎膀胱结石.1975年Burhenne经T形管窦道击碎1例胆道残余结石.最近,Koch等介绍一种类似装置,在行十二指肠镜括约肌切开术后,经该镜将装置引入胆道以击碎大的结石.当联合应用网篮夹住结石后,碎石电极可安全地经十二指肠镜或经皮肝穿刺两种途径进入胆道碎石.本文报导动物实验的初步结果,以及经上述两种途径行总胆管内电力液压碎石术的临床经验.
Reuter successfully crushed bladder stones using the power-assisted hydraulic lithotripsy designed by the Soviet Union in 1968. Burhenne crushed one biliary residual stone via the T-shaped sinus sinus tract in 1975. Recently, Koch et al. Introduced a similar device, After the laparoscopic sphincterotomy, the device is introduced into the biliary tract to break large stones through the mirror.When the stones are combined with a basket clamp, the lithotripsy electrodes can safely be passed through the duodenum or percutaneous Liver biopsy into the bile duct.This article reports on the preliminary results of animal experiments and the clinical experience of intracranial electrohydraulic lithotripsy via the above two approaches.
