50例(女29 男21;年龄20~74岁)分别用以下制剂鼻腔喷雾,每日4次,疗程2周:地塞米松+萘胺唑啉(tramazoline一种血管收缩剂)+新霉素(20人);地塞米松+萘胺唑啉(20人);安慰剂(10人)。每次剂量:地塞米松20μg,萘胺唑啉120μg,新霉素100μg。用双盲法。治疗期间,病人填写症状日志;疗程前后由医生检查病人,包括:鼻拭子细菌培养;鼻窦X线拍片;用改良糖精法测定鼻腔粘膜纤毛清除率;用前鼻腔测压计测量鼻腔阻力;所有病人用皮肤挑刺法试验检测对12种常见变应原的即刻反应(对3种以上变应原产生3mm以上风团者为特应性)。疗效判定标准:症状完全消失或明显减轻;鼻腔阻力降低超过50%;鼻粘膜纤毛的清除率从>30分钟改善到20分钟;病原微生物被消灭;鼻窦X线片上粘膜增厚或混浊消失;鼻内粘膜炎症和/或肥厚消除。结果两治疗剂组(有抗生素者14/20有效;无抗生素者12/20有效)均比安慰剂组(2/10有效)疗效
