去年底,我们到黄石市参加湖北省中语会第三届年会,听了十五位教师的汇报课,很受教益。担任这些课的教师,都是不足四十岁的讲台新秀。他们的课有这样的共同特点:容量大(一节一课),方法新,效果好。教师语言精炼,板书工整,功底深厚,给听课者留下了深刻的印象。我觉得,他们的经验主要有三条: (一) 强调预习教师讲授的课文都经过预习这个环节。这次授课的教师是从湖北各地筛选出来的。
At the end of last year, we went to Huangshi City to attend the third annual meeting of the Chinese-speaking Society of Hubei Province. After listening to the report lectures of 15 teachers, we learned a lot. As teachers in these classes, are less than 40-year-old rookie rookie. Their class has such a common characteristic: large capacity (one lesson), the method is new, the effect is good. Teacher language refining, board writing neat, solid foundation, to the lecturers left a deep impression. I think there are three main experiences of them: (1) Emphasize that the texts taught by the prep lecturer are all previewed. The teacher is selected from all over Hubei screening out.
