本文对当前医患纠纷如何防范及有效处理进行了探讨与研究,分别从提高医疗技术水平、加强医院行政管理、改善医患关系及完善医疗保险制度等几个方面进行了论述。医疗技术水平的不断提高是减少医疗纠纷的前提,科学有效的管理是消除医患矛盾的保证,良好的医患关系是化解医患矛盾和纠纷的基础,医疗保险制度的全面覆盖是解决医疗事故赔偿的根本保障。
