用α—萘乙酸,吲哚丁酸,ABT生根粉3号,2,4—D等4种植物激素,每种激素3个浓度,浸泡侧柏苗木根系2小时后,进行造林试验,结果表明,每种激素的适宜浓度处理对提高干瘠立地条件下侧柏造林成活率都有促进作用。但不同激素的作用不同,同一激素的不同浓度效果也有差异,以100ppm吲哚丁酸效果最大,造林成活率达到93%,比对照38%提高1.4倍。其次为ABT生根粉3号,其50ppm浓度处理可使成活率达88%,超过对照1.3倍,这两种处理效果显著,均可在生产中试验推广。
Planting experiments were conducted with four plant hormones such as α-naphthalene acetic acid, indole butyric acid, ABT rooting powder No.3 and 2,4-D, and three hormone concentrations for each hormone. The appropriate concentration of each hormone promoted the survival rate of Oriental Arborvitae Afforestation under dry barren land conditions. However, the effect of different hormones is different. The effects of different concentrations of the same hormone are also different. The effect of 100 ppm indole butyric acid is the largest, the afforestation survival rate reaches 93%, and 1.4 times higher than the control 38%. Followed by ABT rooting powder 3, its 50ppm concentration treatment can make the survival rate of 88%, 1.3 times more than the control, the two treatment effect is significant, can be in the production of test promotion.
