面对农村学校存在的教师奉献精神强、基本素质好,但缺乏发展环境的现实,我们主张“低调求实”的原则,提高教师的育人能力。
In the face of the dedication and quality of teachers in rural schools, but lacking in the reality of developing the environment, we advocate the principle of “low-key and realistic” and enhance teachers’ ability to educate people.
